Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
Incorporating hypnotherapy with traditional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) has been shown to yield significantly better results than using CBT alone. This innovative approach, known as Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, combines the strengths of all techniques and is effective for treating for depression, anxiety, stress and psychological and behavioural aspects of addiction, dependency and maladaptive behaviours.

Victoria’s sessions really helped me to manage my overthinking, I got very anxious and was triggered by news about the war in Ukraine and a possible world war. It affected me going to work and leading a normal life but through the therapy I was able to detach from these thoughts and in the end they didnt affect me at all. I felt so calm and relaxed, more than I had in a long time. I hadn’t been able to eat properly for a couple of days as I was feeling so anxious but after about half an hour of the first session I was able to eat some cheese on toast and then had a bakewell tart!
