Abusive Relationship Recovery
This work is also very helpful to aid your recovery following a difficult or abusive relationship, not only to deal with any immediate stresses and pressures that you may now be facing, but also to start rebuilding your identity and re-discover yourself again. This form integrated therapy  will help manage the strain and pressures of a new situation and help you to rebuild a more powerful version of yourself.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy

Incorporating hypnotherapy with traditional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) has been shown to yield significantly better results than using CBT alone. This innovative approach, known as Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, combines the strengths of all techniques and is effective for treating for depression, anxiety, stress and psychological and behavioural aspects of addiction, dependency and maladaptive behaviours.

Support is available as individual sessions (face to face or online). 
A corporate therapy programme is also available for senior leaders and teams offering a 12 week tailored programme of therapeutic support for improved  emotional wellbeing, unhelpful coping strategies and dealing with psychological barriers to connection and success.
