Sometimes the world can feel like a dark place, and this can make us feel frustrated, anxious, low and confused. Sometimes we can unconsciously develop unhelpful habits such as smoking, drinking, comfort eating, or even doom scrolling to help us to cope or distract us.
There are also times in our lives that can cause us to question everything – including ourselves and whilst this is often very stressful, it can be an opportunity for greater self knowledge, growth and empowerment.
I also work with clients experiencing the spiritual journey of ‘awakening’, and can be your trusted and confidential guide, helping you to make sense of your experience.
